The General Conditions of Sale set out below regulate the sale of JEFF BROTHERS SRLS products made through its website www.vicceria.com These Conditions of Sale are an integral part of any proposal, purchase order and purchase order confirmation of products marketed by JEFF BROTHERS SRLS. The General Conditions of Sale referred to below are intended to refer solely and exclusively to the direct sale to consumers of JEFF BROTHERS SRLS products.

CONTRACT OF SALE
All sales contracts will be concluded exclusively through the use of the ecommerce platform of the official website www.vicceria.com The purchase order transmitted through the website www.vicceria.com is to be understood as a contractual proposal of the consumer expressed through the medium electronic.
The order confirmation by Jeff Brothers SRL, owner of the www.vicceria.com website, sent to the consumer at the e-mail address indicated by the latter, will be valid as confirmation of the order data and acceptance of the contractual proposal.
The contract will be considered concluded and binding for both parties, when the purchase order confirmation is sent to the consumer. Jeff Brothers SRLS reserves the right not to accept orders that are incomplete or not properly completed.

DELIVERY METHODS
Jeff Brothers SRLS will deliver the ordered products to the consumer through trusted couriers and / or shippers. Delivery will be made to the address specified at the time of the order. The address indicated by the consumer for delivery may also be different from the customer’s address.

DELIVERY TIME
The products will be delivered within 15 days from the day following that of transmission of the order subject to availability of the products in stock, in accordance with the provisions of art. 6 of Legislative Decree no. 185/1999.
Consumers who wish to change the delivery address of the goods after placing the order, can request it directly by sending an e-mail to info@vicceria.com. The request will be accepted only if the order has not been processed.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
The delivery costs of the purchased products are charged to the customer.
The delivery of the products will be subject to the payment, by the customer, of the relative price with the means chosen among those made available by Jeff Borthers SRLS and communicated in correspondence in the section of the website www.vicceria.com dedicated to e-commerce .
Delivery terms and conditions other than those provided for in these General Conditions of Sale must be agreed in advance and accepted by JEFF BROTHERS SRLS in writing.

PRICES
The sales prices of the products listed in the ecommerce section of the ww.vicceria.com site are expressed in Euros and are understood, unless otherwise specified, inclusive of VAT and any other taxes.
The prices of the products indicated on the site may be subject to changes. Each new price indication for each product will cancel and replace the previous price indications.
The prices applied will always and only those indicated on the site at the time of the purchase order by the customer.

LIABILITY OF JEFF BROTHERS SRLS
JEFF BROTHERS SRLS assumes no responsibility for the use that the customer intends to make of the purchased goods. In the case of “defective” goods, the only charge to be borne by JEFF BROTHERS SRLS will be that of its replacement. In no case JEFF BROTHERS SRLS will be held responsible for any type of eventuality or problem caused by the products purchased on the website www.vicceria.com All the products on the website www.vicceria.com come from authorized and certified producers, JEFF BROTHERS SRLS assumes no responsibility for any production defects. JEFF BROTHERS SRLS assumes no responsibility for disservices attributable to force majeure of any nature and kind, if it fails to execute the contract within the time agreed. Causes of force majeure, by way of example but not limited to, are the provisions of the Public Authority, emergency situations, pandemics, the general or non-general strike of its employees or carriers which LA JEFF BROTHERS SRLS will use for the fulfillment of orders, as well as
any other circumstance that is beyond its control.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER
Once the online purchase procedure has been completed, the customer is responsible for printing and storing these General Conditions of Sale. The information contained in the General Sales Conditions must be viewed and accepted by the customer before sending the purchase order, in order to fully satisfy the condition set out in Articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree no. 185/1999. Acceptance takes place by marking the appropriate space on the site. Failing this, the order cannot be executed.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer who wishes to cancel the order sent, can do so by making his request directly to the Consumer Service of JEFF BROTHERS SRLS at the e-mail address info@vicceria.com: the request will be accepted if the order has not yet been processed.
Pursuant to art. 5 of Legislative Decree no. 185/1999, the customer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made, has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract and to return any ordered products already delivered, without any penalty and without specifying the reason. The right of withdrawal must be exercised by the customer, under penalty of forfeiture, by sending a registered letter with return receipt to JEFF BROTHERS SRLS via mazzini 27, BELLOSGUARDO (SA) no later than ten working days from receipt of the products.
If the withdrawal is made in accordance with the conditions indicated above, the amount paid for the products is credited to the buyer of his choice by bank transfer to his account; The refund will be free and made as quickly as possible, and in any case within 30 days from the date on which LA JEFF BROTHERS SRLS becomes aware of the Customer’s exercise of the right of withdrawal. The cost of transporting the goods in the return phase will be charged to the customer. Returned products must be received by JEFF BROTHERS SRLS within 30 days from the delivery date. Returned products must be returned intact, unused and in the original packaging.
The only costs charged to the customer for exercising the right of withdrawal will be those directly for returning the products to JEFF BROTHERS SRLS.

PRODUCT WARRANTY
The customer who purchases from the website www.vicceria.com will have the right to return the purchased products and request the replacement of the goods in case of their possible damage during transport. This right must be exercised by the customer, under penalty of forfeiture, no later than 12 hours after receipt of the package, by contacting JEFF BROTHERS SRLS directly at info@vicceria.com

TERMS OF PAYMENT
The customer can pay for the products ordered by:
– credit card;
– advance bank transfer
If an invoice is required, the customer must contact JEFF BROTHERS SRLS via the e-mail address info@vicceria.com
Payment by credit card will take place through Stripe ™, a very simple system to use but at the same time able to ensure a total guarantee of payment security. Bank connections, for credit card payments, will take place in secure environments.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer in advance, the latter must be issued in favor of JEFF BROTHERS SRLS

Using the payment by bank transfer in advance, the order will be processed after the verification, by JEFF BROTHERS SRLS, of the credit. To speed up order fulfillment operations, the consumer must indicate the name of the customer and the order number in the reason for the transfer.

DISPUTES
Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and violation of the contract stipulated online by the Customer with JEFF BROTHERS SRLS, will be subject to Italian jurisdiction. For any dispute between the parties in this regard, the Court of Salerno will be competent.

APPLICABLE LAW AND REFERENCE
The contracts stipulated online by the Customer with JEFF BROTHERS SRLS will be governed by Italian law. Although not expressly provided here, the laws applicable to the relationships and cases provided for in the contract stipulated online by the Customer with JEFF BROTHERS SRLS will apply.
Pursuant to art. 1341 and 1342 of the Civil Code, the Customer declares to have carefully read and expressly accept the aforementioned General Conditions of Sale of JEFF BROTHERS SRLS.
